Scale quanta and UAP
I wanted to try to quickly jot down and record some thoughts. One of them is the information that multiple groups in the same area can view a phenomenon at the same time from different locations and it appears entirely different to them. This includes that there is precise, spatial, and temporal encoding of the recording the difference in observation. I wonder if this is like face on a gem, or subdivisions of the given scale phenomenal. If one of the observation parties is larger, such as if there was five people at one observation site, and one person at another observation site, then would the larger observation party have some different such as increased details or other manifestation? If we increase the number of observational parties in different areas how many before there was overlap in the observation made? Is there proximity to each other important or is the cognitive separation more important? What if the case one person was hiding camouflage like a sniper would be, and another party was standing right next to them, and they both witnessed the phenomenal. Would they witness it differently.
I suppose another strategy for thinking about this could be that the craft or phenomena has such an advanced technology that can project different shadows of itself to different observers, almost like a beam or some other field construction - but wear such is not its nature, but rather it means of creating a camouflage or illusion
